The Victorian Town House Bed and Breakfast is situated in the historic West End of Edinburgh, now designated a World Heritage Site. This is a totally non-smoking establishment. Pets are not allowed. Metered parking is available within the crescent. Alternatively there is free parking a short distance away.
 

There are 3 Bedrooms all with en suite facilities, a sofa, colour T.V. (with digital Freeview box) and are decorated to the highest standard.
Other featuers include; radio alarm clock, hairdryer, hospitality tray with a selection of teas, coffee and biscuits. The Victorian Townhouse Features:

This Victorian property is located in a beautiful crescent within walking distance of Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and the theatres and art galleries of this most wonderful of capital cities.
Haymarket Train Station is located only a few minutes walk from the house and provides excellent travel links to the rest of Scotland. In addition, Edinburgh International Airport is only a 20 minute drive and easily accessible by taxi or bus.

Price rates vary in the following range according to season, weekend and particular event held (concert, rugby match...).

We grant that price will never be higher than the maximum price reported:

• Sharing: 45 GBP min. - 55 GBP max - Rate per person per night
• Single: 50 GBP min. - 60 GBP max - Rate per single occupancy

Prices are per person per night, bed and breakfast accommodation, taxes included.

Cancellation policy: A confirmed reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival. If you cancel or change your reservation with less than 24 hours notice or in case of no-show, the Victorian Townhouse will charge the first night.
