Brae Lodge offers 6 rooms beautifully decorated and all ensuite. There are also ground floor room available. All the rooms have: En-suite Facilities, Colour Television and Tea/Coffee Making Facilities. All rooms no smoking. Please note that pets are not allowed. WiFi Access point available on request. Vegetarian and continental breakfast available by prior arrangement.

Brae Lodge guesthouse is in the residential area of Liberton, 2.5 miles south of Edinburgh city centre. The area is well served by public transportation and you will be only 10 minutes by bus away from Princes Street. Bus stop is just outside the door.

Price rates vary in the following range according to season, weekend and particular event held (concert, rugby match...).
We grant that price will never be higher than the maximum price reported:
Sharing: 30 GBP min. - 45 GBP max - Rate per person per night
Single: 40 GBP min. - 47 GBP max - Rate per single occupancy
Prices are per person per night, bed and breakfast accommodation, taxes included.
Cancellation policy: Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged one night booking fee. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% booking fee.
Special Booking conditions for this Guest House: Pets and smoking not allowed.
Check in times are between 4pm to 6pm. Arrivals outside these hours need prior arrangment.
Check-out, unless otherwise arranged must be by 10am.
