Description of the Rooms
This wonderful guest house has 3 floors and 8 rooms of which 6 are ensuite. All rooms feature television and tea and coffee facilities. All no smoking rooms. A PC with internet connection is available in the dining room for guests use at a small charge.
Braveheart B&B also manages a self-catering apartment with three double rooms (two standard double rooms and one double en-suite) on
Lothain road 5 mins to Princes Street and 10 mins to Edinburgh castle.

Price rates vary in the following range according to season, weekend and particular event held (concert, rugby match...).
We grant that price will never be higher than the maximum price reported:
Sharing: 35 GBP min. - 50 GBP max - Rate per person per night
Single: 50 GBP min. - 55 GBP max - Rate per single occupancy
Prices are per person per night, bed and breakfast accommodation, taxes included.
Cancellation policy: Reservations may be cancelled up to 4pm, one week prior to the day of arrival. Later cancellations will result in a charge of the first nights accommodation. No-shows (i.e. no cancellation given) will be charged for the full amount.
Special Booking conditions for this Guest House: Check in is between 9am and 11pm, or by arrangement outside these times.
Braveheart Guest House is a Victorian Town House in the city centre and as such there is no lift, there are 30 steps from ground level to second floor.
Braveheart charges a fee of up to 4% if payment is made by credit card.
