Glendale guesthouse is 2 miles (3.5 Km) south of Princes Street, opposite Cameron Toll Shopping Centre and just 5 minutes walk from the University of Edinburgh's Kings Building's Campus. Lady Road runs between Dalkeith Road and Craigmillar Park which is the main route into the centre with frequent bus services. There are many golf clubs and a fitness centre with Olympic sized swimming pool just a short distance from Glendale House. Close by is Holyrood Park with its extinct volcano "Arthur's Seat" an area for many recreational activities .

Price rates vary in the following range according to season, weekend and particular event held (concert, rugby match...).
We grant that price will never be higher than the maximum price reported:
Sharing: 45 GBP min. - 60 GBP max - Rate per person per night
Single: 60 GBP min. - 79 GBP max - Rate per single occupancy
Prices are per person per night, bed and breakfast accommodation, taxes included.
Cancellation policy: If booking is cancelled with at least 7 days notice, nothing is due otherwise the first night will be charged.
