Description of the Rooms
All 3 bedrooms are ensuite with showers and well equipped with all the comforts of a first class accommodation. Each of the elegantly furnished rooms is centrally heated.

Elmview guesthouse is only half a mile from Princes Street. It is on the edge of Bruntsfield Links, possibly Scotland's oldest golf course. Today however the course is now reduced to a 36 hole "pitch and putt" - the good news is that it is free, and Robin can lend you a No.9 and putter! Elmview is also within an easy walk of theatres, restaurants and the International Conference Centre.

Price rates vary in the following range according to season, weekend and particular event held (concert, rugby match...).
We grant that price will never be higher than the maximum price reported:
Sharing: 42.5 GBP min. - 55 GBP max - Rate per person per night
Single: 70 GBP min. - 95 GBP max - Rate per single occupancy
Prices are per person per night, bed and breakfast accommodation, taxes included.
Cancellation policy: Where rooms are cancelled at 4 days notice or less, Elmview reserves the right to charge for the full booking less the proceeds from any re-letting
