2. Service: It could not be simpler! AccomodationDublin provides you the booking service for the Bed&Breakfasts belonging to its B&B network. In the next page you will select all the B&Bs you like most from a list adding all your requests and needs. AccomodationDublin searches and books for you the Bed&Breakfast that best matches all your requirements among the available B&Bs that you have selected. As Dublin is in high demand most part of the year we strongly advice you to select as many bed and breakfast as possible.

3. Minimum Standard granted: All the Bed&Breakfasts belonging to our B&B network has been selected by AccomodationDublin on the following standards:
All rooms en-suite (room and bathroom) -  Irish breakfast included - Good cleanliness -  Friendly atmosphere.

4. Location: B&B in Dublin area (north and south city centre area) are no more than 15 minutes by bus from city centre

5. Prices: reported prices always are per person per night including taxes and Irish Breakfast.
In the booking page you will select one or more B&Bs from a list of Dublin B&Bs. For each Bed&Breakfast a price range is indicated. Prices vary in these ranges according to requested period, type of room and particular events. You will pay ONLY for the accommodation: the total price is the price requested by the b&b. No service fee is requested for our service. Nothing is charged if we do not find any accommodation available. See also point 7 - Payment

6. Booking Process - Selection of the B&B for you: Our search and booking process is based on the information you submit through the module in the next page (booking page). AccomodationDublin uses this information only to book the Bed&Breakfast which best meets your requirements among the B&Bs with availability you have selected.

7A. Booking Process - B&B available: If at least one Bed&Breakfast that can suit your needs is found, AccomodationDublin reserves for you the accommodation and sends you a confirmatory e-mail with the B&B data: address, phone number, total cost due.
Payment: 10% of the total Bed&Breakfast price is to be paid in advance and it will be charged to your credit card. You will pay the remaining 90% of the accommodation cost directly to the B&B.

7B. Booking Process - B&B not available: If there are no available Bed&Breakfasts that can suit your needs, AccomodationDublin sends you an email of no availability.
Payment: Nothing will be charged on your credit card in this case.

8. Secure booking form: This web site is secured using a thawte Digital Certificate. This ensures that all information you send to us via the World Wide Web will be encrypted. If you want you can click on the thawte Trusted Site Seal which demonstrates our commitment to your security.

9. Cancellation policy: Once the booking is made, to cancel your reservation you have to contact directly the Bed&Breakfast and follow its cancellation policy rules. The 10% of the total price paid in advance (see point 7A - Payment) already charged to your credit card is not refundable.
